4 Easy Fruit Sorbet Recipes

This fruit sorbet is super-easy to make, even if you don’t have an ice-cream machine. Experiment with other seasonal fruits to make your own delicious sorbet!

This refreshing sorbet takes minutes to throw together and will work with many kinds of summer fruit, including berries, stone fruit and melons. These sorbets are best with peak-of-season fruit and are best consumed within a week. Here’s more about how to make sorbet, including recipes for our favorite fruits to use. Ingredients

Strawberry Sorbet

  • 2 cups  strawberry 
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk 

 Mango Sorbet

  • 2  mango, sliced (approx. 2  cups)
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk

Blueberry Sorbet

  • 2  cups  blueberries 
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk 

 Pina colada Sorbet

  • 2 cup Fresh pineapple, diced 
  • 1/4 cup cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk 

Instructions

Strawberry Sorbet

  1. Lay out the fresh Strawberry over a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Freeze the Strawberry until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours.
  3. Place the frozen Strawberry into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with a Condensed milk. 
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.

Mango Sorbet

  1. Freeze the mango until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Place the frozen diced mango into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with Condensed milk.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.

Blueberry Sorbet

  1. Freeze the Blueberry  until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Place the frozen Blueberry  into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with Condensed milk.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.

 Pina colada Sorbet

  1. Freeze the Pineapple until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Place the frozen Pineapple into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with Condensed milk and Coconut milk .
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.
